Why this day exists
You already know how to change someone’s life. It’s everything around it that wears you down.
You have an offer that works. The people who buy it get results. Some of them send you their friends.
But that’s only the part you love.
You also need a message people stop scrolling for. And a page that turns a stranger into a registrant. And a presentation that sells without sounding like a pitch. And an ad. And the emails. And the tech that connects all of it, which breaks the one week you finally have time.
All while you keep serving the clients you already have.
Oh, and somewhere in there you are supposed to film content every day.
So the launch waits. Again. Part of your mind never fully clocks out. You lie awake doing next month’s math.
But you love what you do, and the people you serve. So you keep going.
And the work you started this business to do, the actual transformation, becomes the thing you get to last.
That isn’t a discipline problem. A launch has quietly become a job for a whole team, and you have been trying to be all of them at once. It was never your fault that it felt impossible alone.
From your host
“I’ve been there. In 2017 I burned out so hard trying to figure out this impossible puzzle alone.”
Everything I’ve built since has been the system I wish I’d had then. Today it runs GrowthMastery’s own marketing: the scripts, the pages, the ads, the follow-up and the content.
On November 19 I’ll put that system in your hands and build your launch with you, in the same room, step by step, until it’s live. You won’t take home a notebook of ideas you never get to. You’ll take home a launch.

What you walk out with
Five things, finished, by five o’clock.
- 01Your masterclass scriptThe talk that turns a stranger into a buyer, written in your voice.
- 02Your presentationThe full deck, built with AI while you watch it take shape.
- 03Your registration pageLive on the internet, ready for its first name.
- 04Your ad, on cameraScripted and filmed on site at our filming stations.
- 05Your tools, connectedSo everything keeps working after you drive home.
The day
Teach, then build. All day.
Arrive and check in
Coffee, kombucha, your seat, the Wi-Fi. Meet the founders at your table.
The masterclass
How a single presentation can carry your whole launch, and why most founders never finish theirs.
Open your workspace
Set up Launch Builder, the system you’ll build with all day. It starts as a free 14-day trial, and our team walks the room to help.
Build one: your script
Your offer, your person, your story, turned into a script you’d actually say out loud.
Lunch
Pizza from VIA 513, made in the kitchen next door.
Build two: your presentation and page
Your deck, built with Claude or ChatGPT, then your registration page, live.
Build three: your ad
Write it, then step into a filming station and record it.
Turn it on
Connect your tools so the launch keeps running without you babysitting it.
Getting it seen
Your launch is live. Now, who’s going to see it? Something built in this room today answers that.
Close
Photos, next steps, and the drive home with your launch finished.
The next morning
Picture Friday. The coffee is still warm and your registration page already has names on it. The ad you filmed yesterday is waiting for your approval. You didn’t stay up until two in the morning building it. You built it in a room full of founders, with a plate of pizza, and you were home for dinner.
This is who you get to be: the founder who creates, teaches and serves, while the system carries the launch.

Apply for your seat
Tell us about your offer. We’ll hold you a seat.
Applications take about three minutes. If you’re a fit, you’ll get your ticket link within two business days.
Many of our members and partners have invitation codes. If someone sent you here, ask them for theirs.
Questions
Straight answers.
Is it really free with a code?
Yes. The ticket is $197 and an invitation code takes it to zero. We charge for tickets because seats are limited and we want people who will show up. Codes come from our members and partners.
Will you sell anything?
Yes, and we’d rather tell you now. In the morning you can start a free 14-day trial of Launch Builder, the system you’ll build with all day. Late in the afternoon we’ll show how our members get their launches seen, and invite a few founders into Genius Circle. Both are optional. You leave with your launch built either way.
What should I bring?
Your laptop and charger, your phone, the login to your paid Claude or ChatGPT account, and a clear picture of the offer you want to launch.
Is the day recorded?
Yes. The whole day is filmed and may appear in our content. If you’d rather not be on camera, there are seats outside the main shots. Tell us at check-in.
Can I get a refund on a paid ticket?
Full ticket terms, including refunds, arrive with your approval email. If your plans change, just reply to that email and we will take care of you.
Where exactly is it?
Fast Friends Beer Co. in South Austin. The full address and parking notes arrive with your ticket.
